Crucible home — active program, weekly stats and streak
The wedge

Your spreadsheet, now an app.

Most trackers make you rebuild your program by hand, row by row. Whether it came from your coach, a template you bought, or an online database like LiftVault, Crucible is built around import — point it at an .xlsx or .csv, even a messy one, and it reads your days, exercises, sets, rep ranges and rest, then drops you into a clean review before anything is saved.

It even reverses Excel's habit of turning “3×5” into a date, groups multi-week blocks, and creates any unknown exercises automatically.

Bring a program from anywhere

Wherever your program comes from.

Crucible doesn't care where your training came from — if it's written down, it can come in.

🌐

An online database or classic

Pull a classic program — 5/3/1, nSuns, PHUL / PHAT, GZCLP, Reddit PPL — from free libraries like LiftVault, then import the spreadsheet.

🧑‍🏫

From your coach

The spreadsheet or PDF your coach or gym sends each block — imported in seconds, no retyping.

🛒

A creator's template

That program you bought from a lifter you follow. Load it once and track every session against it.

Crucible links out to free program libraries like LiftVault — grab a spreadsheet there, then import it here. We link only; we never rehost, bundle, or republish anyone's program content.

FAQ

Good questions.

What files can I import?

Excel (.xlsx / .xls) and CSV. Crucible detects your days, exercises, sets, rep ranges, RPE and rest — including messy, real-world spreadsheets from coaches, creators, and online program databases like LiftVault — and shows a review screen before saving anything.

Where do I find programs to import?

Anywhere they're written down: your coach, a template you bought, or free online libraries like LiftVault, which host classics such as 5/3/1, nSuns, PHUL/PHAT, GZCLP and Reddit PPL as spreadsheets. Download one, then import the file into Crucible. (We link out to those libraries — we don't rehost their content.)

Is there a free version?

Yes. You can log workouts, run a program, and use the conditioning engine for free. Pro unlocks spreadsheet import, cloud sync, advanced analytics, unlimited programs, all-time history and CSV export.

Does it work offline?

Completely. Crucible is local-first — your data lives on your device and the app works with no account and no connection. Cloud sync is optional, for backup and using Crucible across devices.

Is my data private?

Your training data is yours. No ads, no selling data, and no third-party analytics or trackers. You can export everything to CSV any time, and delete your account and synced data from inside the app.

When does it launch?

Crucible is in the final stretch before its iOS launch. This page is a preview — check back soon for the App Store link.
